Once your order has been processed and dispatched, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Please review your selection carefully before checkout.

Our Commitment to Quality

At Empyrex, we take immense pride in providing the world's finest authentic Tyrian purple pigments, handcrafted by Mohamed Ghassen Nouira of Argaman, Tunisia. Each product is meticulously produced, inspected, and packaged to meet our exacting standards. Due to the unique artisanal nature of our products and the premium, often irreplaceable materials used, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy.

Why This Policy Exists

Our pigments are handcrafted using rare historical methods, made with premium and often irreplaceable Murex-derived materials, individually inspected and certified for quality, and subject to strict handling and storage requirements. Once shipped, we cannot verify conditions of handling or storage.

What "All Sales Final" Means

No Returns Accepted: Once your order is shipped, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including color variations, quantity preferences, or changed decisions.
No Exchanges: We do not exchange products once they leave our facility. Please ensure you have selected the correct dye, shade, and quantity before completing your purchase.
No Cancellations After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and shipped. Cancellation requests received before shipment may be honored when possible, subject to a 5% processing fee.
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for shipped orders. All sales are considered final upon shipment confirmation.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

Empyrex ships internationally from Tunisia to customers across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority upon delivery.

🛃 Important: Buyer Responsibility

Empyrex is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are determined solely by your country's customs authority and are the full responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for pigments and dyes before placing your order.

If your order is returned to us by customs due to import restrictions or refusal to pay duties, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the return notification. Note that original shipping costs and any customs-related fees remain the customer's responsibility.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer

Review Before Purchase: Carefully review your order — product selection, quantity, and shipping address — before completing checkout.
Understand Product Specifications: Each dye has unique characteristics. Read product descriptions thoroughly and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Verify Your Shipping Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Inspect Upon Arrival: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there is visible damage to the packaging.
Check Import Regulations: Verify your country's import regulations for pigments and dyes before placing your order, and be prepared to pay any applicable customs duties.

Limited Exceptions

Incorrect Items Shipped: If you receive incorrect items, contact us immediately with your order details and photos of what was received.
Returned by Customs: If your order is returned by customs, contact us within 7 days of the return notification. Customs duties and fees remain the customer's responsibility.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Cancellation requests received before shipment processing may be honored, subject to a 5% processing fee.

How to Submit an Exception Request

All exception requests must be submitted via email to orders@empyrex.io within 24 hours of delivery (7 days for customs returns). Include your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.
